Can't find tool id error in gallery

Hello,

I am getting can't find tool id error when I run workflow on gallery, if I run the same workflow on Alteryx designer, its working fine. Error is showing it can’t find some tool ID’s, where none of the Tool Id showing in the error is present in workflow (for example tool id 4412 is not present in workflow or any of the macro used). I don't have any Detour tools, also tried to recreate workflow/macros by coping xml to new name to solve any xml issue. But no luck 😞

I have attached screenshot of error and Alteryx log from server. Please suggest any solution.

It seems like your workflow have a macro, and inside that macro you have a tool with that ID...

Try to locate that, or send a copy of your workflow...

I have verified in all the macros, there is no tool with those IDs. My question if that tool ID is available in any macro than it will not show 'can't find tool ID' error as its available.

Sorry, I can not share workflow due to internal company policy. I know its almost impossible to solve these error without workflow. I am trying to find out if any one faced this issue earlier, can they suggest any solution or is it possible to understand is there any tool count limitation in Alteryx which is causing memory issue?
