Dear users and Alteryx support,
I am getting an issue when attempting to save workflow to gallery from server, see attached image. COMException, Unknown Error.
Has anyone else gotten this error? Not sure if this is an alteryx bug or related to the server setup. This seems to happen regardless of the workflow content.

I've never heard about this error. I suggest you contacting Alteryx support (support@alteryx.com) and check with them.
