Bug saving to gallery?

When I choose to save to my server gallery I get the save box to pop up, but it almost never renders properly. I have to hit save 15-20 times before the box actually renders a useful amount. It looks like everything is shifted off screen. Does anyone else get this?

You can just see the gear icon (usually I get nothing but white), is everything being drawn to the side of the window?

It looks like the problem solved itself with the most recent windows10 update (around July 12-13th was the update for me)
