Black Back Ground in reports generated via email from Alteryx Server

The Alteryx Server version that my organization uses is  2021.2.1.35394

The Designer Version that I use to build the workflow is 2020.2.3.27789

When I use the Analytical App to input my source files and generate an email containing the reports, the background of the report appears black.

Is this a server issue or a designer issue. I have read a few articles on the community which states that this is a known product issue. Has this been resolved or is it still open. Is there any workaround for this for the reports to appear in the normal format as these reports are being generated directly to our clients.
