Authenticating Gallery Stuck on Loading

Hi,

Currently we have an Alteryx Server that contains various users using Gallery.

Since yesterday 2 Users are facing a problem entering on the Gallery, the authentication mode is the same as windows incorporated.

When they try to enter the Gallery it stucks on the window saying "Please wait while are you logged in..." and keeps on that.

While troubleshooting we tried opening something from the gallery via designer it happened the same, a windows saying "connecting please wait" and keeps saying that.

Nothing changed on the server even permissions remains the same, i tried with my user and i can enter with no problems on the gallery, after that tried with other user and it worked perfectly.

Did anyone faced a similar problem?

Hi,

Just resolved the issue. A simple Restart of the Server machine and it worked. 

Still don't know what led to this issue.
