Artisan run workflow return error

Hi, I'm on the free trial of Alteryx Server ,

And my colleague wants to run a workflow,

I add my coleague to our team's collection and grant access to data connection,

but he got the error window says:

"

An Analytics Gallery Membership is required to run workflows published in private studios,

Contact the artisan who shared the workflow to request a membership

"

Is this because I'm in free trial of Server?

Hi @khu

This message comes up when your default permission settings is setup as Viewer

Viewers can only see the top two, Home and District, but an Artisan can see the second tier Private Studio and Collection.

Now you can either change your default to artisan, which everyone coming in will automatically become artisan. Or you can manually add the user in the permission tab and select them as an artisan.

Unfortunately for now that is the only way until Alteryx fixes the 3 tier system of Viewer, Artisan and Curator.
