I have a user set up as an Artisan in Server with admin access to a collection.
He can search for and add workflows to the collections as normal.
However when he tries to search for schedules to add them to the collection he gets an error saying 'Could not get schedules'.
The search then does not show any schedules to add to the collection.

What settings are causing this issue and how do we resolve it?

The checkbox for schedule sharing is already checked.
This seems to be affecting only one Artisan. Others are able to add schedules to collections.
