Alteryx workflow - periodically fails

Hi, We have a scheduled workflow that runs hourly. This morning the 4:00AM run failed. The error message: Tool #50: TableauServer.OutputDataConditionally (248): Tool #44: HyperServerProcess Error, only TCP socket connections supported Tool #50: Tool #227: Cannot access file: D:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Service\Staging\10800_b9c73aec5181439596d21d9bbf6832c2\_StageTemp\Engine_13832_10f395c9caba4405ad111dda049e5fac_\Apollo_Daily_upsell_rate_hyper Then it goes on to say at the end of the log: Error running Event #1:Unable to send email: "Error with FROM: 501 5.1.7 Invalid address" What specifically was the problem? And what actions can I take to prevent it in the future?

1. Check to see if you have Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015

2. Make sure they're whitelisting "hyperd.exe" and "hyperdstarter.exe" with your anti-virus. The default folder path is C:\Program Files\Alteryx\bin\Tableau\hyper\bin\hyper

Any other potential causes for this error?  I have confirmed that 2015 ++ is installed and that both processes (hyperd.exe and hyperdstarter.exe) have been whitelisted from our antivirus software.
