Alteryx server version upgradation process stucked

Hi Team,

I tried to upgrade the Alteryx server version from 2021.4 to 2022.1

All pre-checks done.

I stopped the services and begun installation of the new package.

Below page is showing since last 4 hours -

Any possible solution? Please help.

Will it work if I manually uninstall the predictive tools from the Control Panel after cancelling the current process?

Hey @EN6924 ,

You can manually uninstall everything with no problem. Don`t forget to do a backup of everything (MongoDB, runtimesettings, etc) and take the print screens needed from the system settings as stated on the pre-upgrade tasks, those are important especially when moving to 22.1 since the system settings change a bit.

Hi,

I have manually uninstalled the Predictive tools from Control panel, rebooted the server and tried to install the new package.

Still this screen is showing since last 30 minutes -

Please suggest.

Hey @EN6924 ,

I believe it could be a problem with the registry.

I manually uninstalled - R Predictive Tools and Alteryx Designer from control panel and then installed the new version.
