One of my coworkers couldn't see the new workflows that she was saving to our gallery. I couldn't see them either. However, I could see that they were there when I looked as admin. We tried clearing her browser's cache and cookies but it didn't help. I had a lot of workflows on this gallery so I decided to delete a lot (20-30). Once I did, she was able to see her workflows there. So I'm wondering, is there a limit to the number of workflows/apps that are allowed on the gallery?

This is an interesting phenomenon. I have not seen this issue before. I would imagine that the SORTING of workflows was moving her content to another page. I don't believe that a limit exists.

There is no actual limit, but there may have been an indexing issue or something similar on the search in one of the minor updates around v11.0...

@Heidi__dup_127 We had the same issue here, but the root of the problem may have been some sloppy coding. We've modified the js server files to show 100 apps all on 1 page in our private studio. When I reached 101 apps in my private studio, I had the same experience as you where my app would publish and the admin could see it, but it wasn't showing up in my private studio. Like you found, deleting apps resolved the issue.
Hi everyone - our development team has discovered a defect causing this behavior and I am sorry you have all encountered this. The good news is that we do have a fix lined up and this is slated to go out with the next release of Server.
