Alteryx server 2020.4 - cannot create a new schedule

Hello,

 

I just upgraded an Alteryx server to 2020.4.  It seems like I cannot create a new schedule on the server.  Also, the workflows that was disabled, I cannot edit the scheduler to enable it.  Is this a known bug?

I could use scheduler on safari and Firefox.

It seems like this issue only occurs on chrome (version 88.0.4324.104 (Official Build)).
