Alteryx queued jobs continue to reappear after deleting

hi Community happy 2024!!, 

With the new year we are facing a new challenge! 
It appears since a good week that when trying to delete some of the jobs queued in the gallery they "magically" re-appear in the queue. 

Do you kindly know by experience why is that?

Hi,

I'd contact Alteryx support if this is still a problem.  I had this problem a while ago and I think we contacted support and they walked us through deleting records in the MongoDb database.
