Alteryx error event

Hi All, Every day I’m getting the error as “AlteryxService error event (1): Error-worker there was an error processing queued <—-> : worker Error: unable to update queue Id < ——> May I know what is this issue? Why it’s occurring? is this stale error? Is this error event occurring when someone publishing or running workflow to server?

Hi @bsk_93 ,

I have never seen this error before. The Queue is the MongoDB collection with information related to your workflow executions. You can check the time you are getting this error and see if you have a schedule running at the moment.

I would reach out to Alteryx Support and check if they have seen this error before but I`d say it is probably related to a running workflow. I don`t think it is keeping your workflow from running but it could be not saving information related to previous runs.
