Alteryx Service stopping intermittently due to issues with MongoDB(connection refused)

Hi all,

We are currently using Alteryx server. Few times a week, the service is going down intermittently due to be below issues.

Once we restart the Service, the service works fine without issues for few days and stops again.

Hi @masterarun - what Server version are you on? We're attempting to upgrade from 2019.4.6 to 2020.2.3 and are running into issues connecting to our user-managed MongoDB.

We are on 2019.4.8 and have been for a month and the service went down late this afternoon and would not restart.  We thought it was an issue with a backend auth system component, one of the SQL DBs was down.  But once fixed the service still would not restart.  keeps going into Stopped status , never gets to running.

We have a main server and a worker.

No one seems to know what is causing and thus how to fix???
