Alteryx Service and Client is not compatible

Hello,

We are trying to setup multiple-machines for Alteryx.
When we try to connect Alteryx Worker to Alteryx Controller we got this error:
"Alteryx Service and Client is not compatible"
Should we configure else Alteryx Server Controller?

I think that a version difference must exist to get that message. Did you upgrade all or use the same version on the new worker?

Actually, all of them have the same version of Alteryx but Alteryx Worker on the first machine is Windows Server 2012 R2 while the other's controller is  Windows Server 2016.

I found the solution after troubleshooting the network. The port 80 was close :( .

But what I think the error message informs unclear message.
