Does anyone know how to remove/delete a shared credential from connection manager in Alteryx Server ? (Not sure who shared it with me. Must have been a while back)

@GregoryB Are you talking about DCM Credentials or workflow credentials?

For DCM, you go to DCM Data Sources, click on the data source the credential is tied to and you will see the option in the connections section (3 dots to the right). If it's workflow credentials you will have to be an admin.

If you provide a bit more context into which one you are trying to remove, we can be of further assistance.

Hi @abacon Yes, I'm talking about DCM credentials. I don't see the 3 dots to the right in the connections section though.

@GregoryB I will have to check next week but my guess is the user that created the connection has to revoke the access. Do you know who the credential was created by? They should be able to take care of it.

@abacon I was able to find out who shared their credential and had them delete it. I was then able to sync my credentials as needed. Thanks for your assistance.

@GregoryB Love it, glad it worked.
