is there a way / a need to reorganize that DB ?

Hey @olivierMPW ,

MongoDB size can grow significantly with the number of users/workflows.

One of the first things you should do is to look at the configuration of your persistence layer. Depending on the type of workflows your users are publishing into your gallery, this could be the reason.
