Alteryx Server Usage Report

Hi All,

I have gone through the path - https://help.alteryx.com/20214/server/install-server-usage-report but I'm unable to find 'Alteryx Server Usage Report' 

Alteryx server version in our testing server - 2021.4.2.07064

Requesting you to please share the file with me and provide me the steps to configure it.

Configure and Run the Report

6. Select Advanced Options to change the Alteryx Server and Alteryx Service database names from the defaults

I didn't get it.
