Alteryx Server Persistence Settings' MongoDB Database is Blank

Hi,

When setting up the Alteryx Server, it seems that the mongodb database under the persistence settings is blank.

What can be the cause of this issue? Screenshot as attached.

Hi Chinee. To troubleshoot this further for you can you provide me the following:

* Version of Server you are attempting to setup
* Screenshot of your Environment > Setup Type tab in the Alteryx System Settings
