I’m running into a critical issue with our Alteryx Server after updating the service account password. As part of our standard 90‑day rotation, I updated the password both in Alteryx System Settings and in the AlteryxService properties in Windows Services. After doing so, the Alteryx Server service stopped starting completely. I spent several days troubleshooting with Alteryx Support, and the issue appears to be SSL‑related. Their recommendation was to generate a new SSL certificate, bind it to port 443, and retry the service startup, but that did not resolve the problem. At this point the service still fails to start, and Support has not identified any further root causes. Has anyone encountered similar behavior after a service account password rotation or SSL certificate rebinding?
