Alteryx Server Details - Clickable Link

A previous employee posted this workflow to our company Alteryx server with a clickable link. I cannot figure out how he did this. Can someone please give me guidance on how to do this?

@digeorgiok When you open the workflow in designer, look in the interface designer>settings section (screenshot attached). It was set somewhere in that section most likely.
