Alteryx Reindexing Issue

Unable to search for some workflows in Desginer that have been published to the gallery recently, and also not able to search for them within Gallery when trying to add them to a collection (but we can see them published in the gallery). I believe this has to do with some reindexing issues. This happened after a recent server migration. Tried to follow this article, but I get access denied when I try to follow the links with instructions for API method as well as command line method to resolve.

Any thoughts on what might've caused this and how can we resolve?
