There are 5 users with "Default" access in the Alteryx Gallery.
They want their role changed to "Artisan," and I must do so.
Can I make a new group, add the necessary members, and give the group as a whole "Artisan" access instead of modifying the role of individual individuals? Will it function in a real-world situation?
Can Artisans delete a workflow that are not shared to them via collections?
Please guide.

Hey @RE5260 ,
Yes, you can. Here in this documentation you can see the hierarchy of user roles.

Forgot your other question.
You can only delete workflows that are in your workspace. Usually are workflows that you own.
If the artisan is not the workflow`s owner but has enough permissions, he can remove workflows from the collection only but not permanently.

So the answer is "Yes"
Correct?
If they have the Default role, yes.
If they already have any other role, no.
