I've opened a case with support and so far, they've been unable to assist me in solving the issue.
A gallery user (artisan) and I (curator) are unable to view our schedules in Alteryx Gallery 2023.1 (latest patch). My Workspace, Collections, Workflow Results, DCM, etc. are all visible. However, when I click on Schedules, the columns are there, but the contents aren't. It's not saying "No Schedules", it appears to be trying to load the list but never does.
When this was first reported, I went to one of the user's workflows and tried to schedule it myself, and that's when I began having the issue myself.
As a curator, I'm also unable to see the schedules in the Admin tab. As before, this page shows the columns, but not the list of schedules.
Support has been engaged, and we've seemed to try everything, clear cache, different browser, ensure shared schedules are enabled, create new workflow with new schedules, search and delete corrupt schedules from MongoDB, reindex MongoDB, but the issue still persists.
We recently migrated from 2022.1 to 2023.1 (after two unsuccessful tries). All pre-migration steps were taken and successful (including a review by Alteryx Support).
This seems to be isolated to the one user and now that I somehow tried to schedule one of their workflows, I'm experiencing the same issue. I'm beginning to think that there's something specifically wrong with that user configuration inside the MongoDB, but I would have assumed Alteryx would have considered that as well.
Also, Alteryx Support seems to be less responsive than before. This was first reported to them over a week ago and I'm surprised that it appears to have them stuck too.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any clues would be helpful.
Thank you.

Hi @smysnbrg ,
Check this post: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Server-Discussions/Schedule-API-500-Internal-Server-Error/t...
The user were having similar issues and we discussed some things that you could do to check what is going on. He did some more digging and was able to fix the issue by deleting some things.
See if this helps.
Best,
Fernando V.
