Alteryx Authentication Issue

A Team of two people using a common Alteryx server account for deploying and scheduling workflows, Deploying  from local Alteryx designer and run the workflows from the Alteryx Server, unfortunately only one person able to upload the workflow from his local machine to Alteryx server and other experiencing authentication error ,please find the below.

When I deploy the code (workflow) using common  Alteryx server credentials, unable to deploy the workflow from my local machine and it is throwing an error, please find the screenshot for the same.

Please note that I'm able to run the workflows from Alteryx server successfully which is deployed by my team mate. 

Could you please  anyone come across this issue and fixed it, Any insights or steps to troubleshoot and resolve this matter would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Hi!

I think the first thing to check will be the DCM credentials stored for the user that is unable to upload - it is likely that one of the IDs or the Secret is incorrect within the DCM credentials. This will then cause the Server upload to error.

I would recommend removing the server credentials and re-adding them, being careful to precisely input the different fields.
