Admin page is blank after upgrading 2020.2 to 2020.4

Hi,

After upgrading from 2020.2 to 2020.4, my admin page won't load anymore. It keeps connecting and connecting. This is happening on both my machines. I am the user listed as the admin in the Server Settings.

**Update, my other user also lost access to the admin page after they rebooted their machine**

I have tried to clear the cache already on both machine, reboot the machines, and it still won't load.
