Hello,
We just upgraded our Sever from 2019.3 to 2020.1. I am an admin for our Alteryx Sever, and when I go to the User page the plus sign is missing. I am unable to add new members. What am I missing here? I was following this article: https://help.alteryx.com/current/server/administer-users, but the plus sign is unavailable to me? What am I missing?

What authentication method are you using?
If you chose windows authentication, users will automatically be added when they go to log in if their email domain has been whitelisted.
