Adding Multiple Users to Alteryx Server

I'm administering an Alteryx server and need to add a bunch (~30) of users to the server with different permissions to the default. The server is authenticated by Windows Authentication with Kerberos to the default account creation is easy, but if the users need permissions other than the default viewer (i.e. Artisan permissions) can we bulk add those permissions?
 
Is there a way to set up users in bulk instead of manually adding them one by one?
