Add a custom field

Hello,

Attached is my workflow. I need add a new field 'Final Disposition' for each record based on this logic.

If a claim has only Paid disposition then set new column value to Paid

If a claim has only Denied disposition then set new column value to Denied

If a claim has both Paid & Denied dispositions then set new column value to Other

Any input is much appreciated.
