Access on Collection Through AD group not working on Particular Server

Question

We are seeing one issue where "Access on collection is provided by Adding AD Group", which was working fine till few days back and it suddenly started losing access for user intermittently.
Sometimes reboot worked to bring back access but now even that isn't working.

We have checked AD group and another gallery and it works totally fine there. Also cross verified users in AD group.

Does anyone have faced similar situation? or anyone has any inputs on this

Thank you for reaching out to support, Just to clarify, Is the problem occurring with one AD group specifically?  Do you know if the Alteryx Server is contacting the same domain controller as the working environment?

You can check by opening cmd prompt on Alteryx server and running the following: echo %logonserver%
