Access denied. (ToolId: 704)

Hi Experts,

I am using alteryx dev server to test the workflow and i am getting error message as "Access denied (Toolid:704)", but my connection for toolid 704 is configured in the alteryx designer as below :

I can able to run the same flow in designer successfully but not able to run from dev server.

How to fix this query?
Is there any configuration required in server end?

I tried the same and getting this error everytime and internet connectivity is fine only..
