AD Group Not Showing while adding in Collections

I am trying to add one AD group to the collections but getting the attached error "Could not load users". I know that we can't add AD groups under user groups(Collections) but when I try the same in "AD users" it is also not working.

I am able to add the same group under the Admin--> User-->Groups section without any issue but not under collections.

I just checked my collections, and I saw I was able to do that Please see the screenshots.

 

This is from Collections tab. From AD users tab, you can add AD groups.

 

I'm curious, what's your Alteryx version?

I am using 2023.2 and I can create AD groups, custom groups but one AD group is not getting added under collections. As soon I start typing I get error "Could not load users".
