1 TB for What?

We are evaluating Alteryx server and see that it recommends 1 TB of storage. That seems a bit high especially because we will be storing all of our data out to our SQL Server instance.

What am I missing? Why does it need a whole terabyte of storage?

Hi @Jake_Jake_Jake,

The Alteryx engine will dynamically allocate memory and even overflow to disk space as virtual memory as necessary.
