Hello @shakir_juolay
Actually, the Machine Learning Predict tool requires the AMP engine to run. Note that AMP is the default engine for all new workflows starting with Designer 22.1. Link for reference: https://help.alteryx.com/current/en/designer/tools/alteryx-intelligence-suite/machine-learning/machi...
To make sure it is enabled in your workflow, click in any blank part of the canvas on your Alteryx Designer and click in the runtime tab, the last checkbox should be the Use AMP Engine one as the attached image.
I hope it helps.
Best,
Gustavo.

Hi Gustavo,
My question is regarding the tool mentioned in link
https://help.alteryx.com/current/en/designer/tools
/alteryx-intelligence-suite/machine-learning/predict-tool.html#predict-tool
We two are referring to two different predict tools. They both have different icons.
Also thank you for the steps on verifying AMP Engine is active or not.
Regards,
Shakir

Hello @shakir_juolay ,
The affirmation is true for both tools.
The Predict tool you sent should also work with AMP Engine.
Happy to help! Please mark the answer as a solution if that is what you were searching for.
Best,
Gustavo.

I ran a sample workflow by enabling and disabling the Use AMP Engine check box as shown in the attached image above. And there was hardly any difference in the execution time with or without AMP Engine.
Also when I run with AMP Engine I get the below message in the Log for the Predict Tool.
Alteryx Engine: The following tool ids are using an e1 compatibility layer with 1 conversion point(s): 7
The above two observations is suggesting that Predict Tool does not support AMP Engine.
