admin app using the admin APIs?

Does anyone know if there's a free/open source app (whether it's web app or Windows/Android/iOS app that performs all Alteryx Gallery admin functions by calling the Alteryx Server API V3?  There are so many things that the Alterxy Server's Admin screens don't do.

I am not aware of any open-source app that performs all Gallery admin functions..

What are you wanting to do with the Server admin screen?
