I've noticed that `ayx_plugin_cli` was upgraded to 1.1.1 very recently (10/18/2023), but the Release Notes page is still not updated.

Seems
- The `--use-ui` flag has been replaced with `--omit-ui` / `--no-omit-ui` (commands have been changed to default to enabling UI)
- The `manifest.json` files now have an "additional_pythonpaths" value

- It seems the `ui\PlaceholderToolName` issue as been fixed (?)
- The `.ayx_cli.cache` folder must be deleted when upgrading to 1.1.1
- Release notes have moved to https://help.alteryx.com/current/en/developer-help/platform-sdk/ayx-python-sdk-v2/ayx-python-sdk-rel... (still outdated)
Edit: Turns out something is really whack with the cache. I have to delete it every time before building the .yxi for it to work, which means the cache is pretty much useless and building takes forever. Seems that we should stick with 1.1.0 for now.
