salesforce input tool not connecting after upgrade

Hi,

 

I'm getting the error when trying to query records from Salesforce using Salesforce Input tool. 

Here is the error screenshot, please help to fix the issue.

 

"Error: Salesforce Input (3): HTTPSConnectionPool(host='login.salesforce.com', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /services/oauth2/token (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.connection.VerifiedHTTPSConnection object at 0x0000000005C20198>: Failed to establish a new connection: [WinError 10060] A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond',))"

Are you able to test if this works if you turn off proxy?

Stupid question, but how do you turn off the proxy??

Hello @dpcurtis1,

  Not a silly question at all! Proxies can be quite tricky and unique to your network environment. In fact if you do have a proxy in place and you are in a "proxy only" network environment (meaning you can only get out to the internet or to certain domains going through the proxy), if you turn off the proxy settings you may encounter a different sort of failure. Since network environments are unique, for this sort of complex issue I would recommend contacting Alteryx Support where a subject matter expert can assist. We are happy to help.

  If you do so please provide your Designer version, the version of the connector you are using, and a screenshot of Internet Options --> Connections --> LAN Settings (and you may reference this post). We can run some diagnostic tests and assess the situation to see what's going on.
