@ashleyinman, depending on how dynamic the sort is, you can have Alteryx sort the data (whichever way you want) and output to an Excel sheet in that order. For example, if you have a list of products and you want to sort by ID for sheet 1, Category for sheet 2, and Name for sheet 2, you can do that by having a sort tool followed by an output tool as shown in the attached workflow. I used the block until tool in Alteyx to prevent write errors since I am writing to the same excel file. The join tool is mostly used to workflow control, it is intended not to match.
