I just want to drop one word from a String - Super:

Super Store

Something Super

Super

goes to:

Store

Something

Pretty easy to do in a formula tool - 

REGEX_Replace([Field], "Super", "")

Could also do it in the Regex tool with the Replace setting similarly.
