IF condition with AND,OR

Can some one help me with this formula.

The formula is not picking the "Oceania-NZ Div Bus". Even if its not =""Oceania-NZ Div Bus" the formula is getting calculated.

Would you be able to share some cases where your formula isn't working?

I've tested here and it seems to be working just fine and also there isn't anything wrong in your formula, so maybe there is something wrong with the columns [Market Segment] or [Oceania Industry].
