It is possible to run .sh file in Alteryx by connecting to Unix.
You could use a RunCommand tool to execute a putty to call the SH on a Unix machine via SSH.
putty.exe -ssh -2 -l username -pw password -m c:remote.cmd hostname
There is no current way to run the engine on a Unix machine directly
