Help with new ServiceNow connector

I recently found this new ServiceNow connector:  https://gallery.alteryx.com/#!app/Servicenow-Download/5e6731418a93370990b2a835

However, I'm not being able to successfully set up a connection via REST API, I keet getting the error: Error: Servicenow Download (8): snow-getdata_fullLoad (284): The Iteration input "Input" is not present.

Me being a very amateur user, wonder if some of you have successfully connected to their ServiceNow instance using this plugin, or if by looking at the connector can you give good advice on how to input data to a connector or why I might be failing to make it work.

Thanks ahead.

Hi @Davidmg1982

Maybe @gade_joseph_r can help you. He's the developer on this one.

Cheers,

Hi ,

The input connection/Incomming Connection is optional . If you are connecting Input connection then add a Feild called 'sys_updated_on' and pass it to service now connector and select the dropdown .

This will be applied as a filter to sys_updated_on in API call, based on this screenshot it will pull the records only that got updated on or after 2020-02-10.

it passes the Data to this Dropdown .

Thanks! I tried directly to contact Joseph but didn’t get any response, not that he is obligated to, he is probably busy, that’s why I tried to ask the community.

Thanks @gade_joseph_r  for your time, I tried with and without any incoming connection following your recommendations, however, I'm still receiving the same error message:

Please reinstall the tool as admin you are running it via customisation I believe as I see you are using a macro instead of the original connector.
