Finding Maximum Value per Row with Corresponding Column Name

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to find the maximum value per row

Lets say I have the following:

	Joe	Jack	Bill	Bob
Orange	11	31	5	84
Apple	35	15	22	25
Pear	20	43	9	12
Banana	15	32	58	12
Peach	2	37	19	10
Mango	39	31	26	37

I want to find the maximum value per row but I also want to find the corresponding column for that maximum value. For example, the first row "Orange" I want a new column that shows the maximum number being 84 and then another column or in the same cell where the maximum value that says Bob

A Transpose tool should help you get there. I attached an example and provided a screenshot below.
