Environment Details


When connecting to a python-based connector in Designer, the following error might occur:

You have found a bug. Replicate, then let us know. We shall fix it soon.


Cause


Missing python components



Resolution

 

Solution A

Reinstall the tool using the standard .yxi.
  • DO NOT install by unzipping the folder and placing the assets in the location directly. The Python virtual environment will not be created and the modules will not be installed.

Solution B 

Install the offline version of the tool. Contact the Customer Support team for the files.
