We are updating the requirements for Community registration. As of 7/21/21 all users will be required to register a phone number with their My Alteryx accounts. If you have already registered, you will be prompted on your next login to add your phone number.

Udacity Support Policy Alteryx Designer users under a Udacity (education) license as part of Udacity's Predictive Analytics for Business nanodegree program are asked to use Udacity Knowledge for Alteryx Designer technical questions. Other students might have similar questions that might have been already answered. Alternatively, the nanodegree Support team can be reached under email@example.com or via Udacity's Help Center. Furthermore, Udacity Knowledge offers the option to ask a mentor.
Another option is to refer to community.alteryx.com for assistance. If you don't see a solution to the problem you are having, you can always post a new question.
Please note that Standard Customer Support via firstname.lastname@example.org or via the Case Portal is not available to Udacity (education) license holders.
