Error: “We found a problem with some content in <FILENAME.xlsb>. Do you want to recover as much as we can?" when opening the XLSB file containing multiple worksheets
Environment Details
Excel binary file (XLSB) created from Output Data tool appears to be corrupted and needs to be recovered in Microsoft Excel. When opening the Excel binary file, the following message pops up:
We found a problem with some content in <FILENAME.xlsb>. Do you want to recover as much as we can?

Cause
GCSE-303/TPM-497 has been logged to address this.
Resolution
Avoid naming the worksheet like "C" or "R" alone or with numbers from 1 to 1048576 as this will cause an issue in the Excel file.
The defect GCSE-303/TPM-497 is addressed in Designer version 2022.1.1 and above by checking the worksheet name. If the worksheet name is "C" or "R" alone or with numbers from 1 to 10485676, the following error will be displayed.
Given worksheet name <WORKSHEET_NAME> not as per standard, it corrupts excel file. Please change worksheet name.
