Environment Details

When connecting to Snowflake to pull data into the Input Data tool, the following error occurs:
 

You have found a bug. Replicate, then let us know. We shall fix it soon.

• Snowflake ODBC Driver

Cause

ODBC driver compatibility issue.

Resolution

Upgrade to Snowflake ODBC driver version 2.20.5 or higher. To download the Snowflake ODBC 64-bit Windows driver, click here.

The same ODBC driver compatibility issue could happen with other data bases. For example a customer had MYSQL driver version 8.00.13.00 or 8.00.17.00 and he was getting the same error with the Input Tool "You have found a bug. Replicate, then let us know. We shall fix it soon." and after the customer installed and used supported driver version 8.00.19.00 the issue got resolved.

Is there a specific MY SQL version we have to use for Alteryx server 2020.4.5 ? My desktop has 8.0.24
