When selecting Oracle Quick Connect, the following error occurs:
An item with the same key has already been added
Alteryx is not able to find the alias files.
Rename the alias files and and generate new ones.
- USER’s Data base connections are stored in here: %APPDATA%\Alteryx\Engine\UserAlias.xml (UserAlias.xml file) - SYSTEM ’s Data base connections are stored in here: C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Engine\SystemAlias.xml (SystemAlias.xml file and SystemConnections.xml file)
a. Open File Explorer. b. Navigate to those folders. c. Rename those files. c. Re-launch Alteryx Designer. This will re-sync the files and you should now be able to see and use the data connections. d. Test again the Oracle Quick Connect.
