Error: "An Item with the Same Key has already been added" with Sharepoint List Input Tool

When reading in a Sharepoint List, the following error is seen:

An item with the same key has already been added

Cause

There are multiple columns with the same name in the View you are reading from.

Resolution

Correct the duplicate column names directly in Sharepoint. Alternatively, you can create a view that omits the duplicate columns.

I am facing the same issue. I checked for duplicate columns in my view but all are unique. Do you have any other suggestions for this issue?
