Cause

The Join Multiple tool is not fully configured. This tool combines two or more inputs based on a common field in the datasets. 

 

Resolution

 

When using the Join Multiple tool in the Join by Specific Fields mode, make sure that each of the inputs (Input_#1, Input_#2, Input_#3) are populated with the common field that you are using to join your datasets. 

 

Tip: Did you know you can rename any connection line in your workflow? Click the connection line to bring up the configuration, and you won’t have to remember which dataset Input_#1 came from.
